LNU is awarded honor of“Sichuan May 1st Labor Certificate”
The celebration of International Labor’s Day and the commendation meeting were held in Chengdu. Deng Xiaogang, Deputy Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee, attended and delivered a speech. Liu Daoping, Deputy Director of Standing Committee of Sichuan Provincial People’s Congress, also attended the meeting.
The conference commended advanced collectives and individuals that make great contributions to adapting to the new normalcy of economical development, deepening the supply-side structural reform and promoting the social development of the whole province, etc. Our university was awarded“Sichuan May 1st Labor Certificate”by Sichuan Federation of Trade Unions, becoming the only unit to get this honor in education, science and culture systems .
In recent years, our school teaches and leads the staff to practice core socialist values, constantly improves the working mechanisms of the trade union and the teachers’ congress, improves ideological and political education through different kinds of activities.
