On November 16, the Annual ACE（Academic Conference of Education） of Sichuan Educational Committee themed“Holding the Green Development and Deepening the Reform in Education”, was held in Mianyang Normal University, lasting four days. More than 110 representatives from schools and institutions were invited, Du Xueyuan, Vice President of Leshan Normal University(LNU), attend the conference with some staff.

As the vice chairmanin Educational Committee,Du made a speech for the opening ceremony. After that, the representatives had theme reports, presentations，group discussions and other communication activities. In theme reports, Luo Mingli,Vice Dean of Teaching Affairs Office of LNU, gave a keynote report named Practical Ability-the Exploration of Educational Reform and Innovative Mechanisms. In group discussions , three groups ,around the topic, had wide, deep and hot communications. Xie Yiquan , Dean of the Education and Science Department of LNU organized the discussion of the third group, and delivered a report at the conference on behalf of the group.

At the closing ceremony, Du Xueyuan gave the closing speech. He summarized and analyzed the harvests and shortcomings. Besides, Du, on behalf of the association, also arranged the work of the academic association. After that, he awarded the postgraduates with the certificates for their excellent papers.
