LNU Studied the 7th Party Congress Guiding Principle

On November 23, the School Party Committee held a special conference to study the 7th Party Congress Guiding Principle of Leshan. All members of the School Party Committee attended the meeting.

Yang Shengkuan, Secretary of the CPC LNU Committee, gave a detailed introduction to the buildup planning in the next five years. He pointed out that the next five years’ development direction and measures issued by Leshan committee coincided with our college’s localization. On this basis, he made the following requirements and expectations at the meeting.

First of all, Yang urged all party committee members to gain further insight into Municipal ’s overall plan about Leshan’s development in the next five years. And then integrated our school’s goal “striving for first-class university” into the construction of the habitable, workable, and travelable Leshan. Additionally he stressed every functional and educational department in our college should study the 7th Party Congress Guiding Principle seriously and do further analyses to grasp Leshan’s development orientation and development paths in the next five years. Meanwhile, we should cooperate with other municipal departments and districts or counties to find our school’s location in the process of serving Leshan so as to enhance our school’s ability providing talents and intellectual supports for Leshan’s development, he emphasized.
