On November 25, the 2016 Winter Job Fair, driven by the Section of Recruitment and Employment, was held on the basketball court of LNU. 422 companies were invited, such as China Railway Erju Group Corporation and Desheng Group, etc. Nearly 9,563 posts were provided for more than 5,000 graduates from both inside and outside school. Yang Shengkuan, Secretary of the CPC LNU Committee and President Hu Dan came to inspect the fair and talked to the employers and students. They extended welcome to all institutions, hoping that this event can promote the cooperation of the companies and school. Moreover,staff of LNU also attended the meeting to acquaint with the social employment trend.

Despite the bitter cold, the Job Fair was bustling with well-prepared and well-dressed graduates, who were submitting resumes and communicating with those staff. Meanwhile, lots of undergraduates were observing employment situation of their major on site. On 5:00 pm, altogether 3,882 resumes were delivered by graduates from LNU and almost 189 graduates signed deals on the spot.
