October 28th to 30th, the Students' Teaching Ability Competition is held in Sichuan Normal University（SNU）, which is hosted by Sichan Provincial Education Department and undertaken by SNU. 157 players, from 15 universities or colleges including SNU, China West Normal University（CWNU）, participate in the competition, of which 18 students from LNU win 5 first prizes, 6 second prizes and 7 third prizes.

Three Players from the School of Foreign Languages, and Department of  Mathematics and the School of Chinese and Journalism top their groups. The total score and the number of first prizer are both ranked the first. Before the competition, many related leaders such as Vice President Li Zhao hui and  experts like Jin Peng,the Dean, guided the players, which help them improve the quality and competitive skills.
