Congratulatory Letter from Laos

On October 3rd，the Foreign Affairs Section of the Education Department of LouangNamtha, Laos sent a congratulatory letter to the Department of International Affairs of Leshan Normal University(LNU) on the occasion of China’s National Day. It was signed and delivered by Benjiang Luanlesai, head of the department. On behalf of LouangNamtha, Benjiang Luanlesai conveyed thanks to the Secretary and the Deputy Secretary of the Communist Party of China of LNU Committee, as well as to all the teachers and students for the continuous support for the development of education in LouangNamtha.
