The delegation of Fraser Coast City visits LNU

On September 19th, the delegation of Fraser Coast City, which is Leshan’s friend city, visited Leshan Normal University(LNU). Yang Shengkuan, Secretory of LUN’s Party Committee, and relevant person attended this exchange meeting.

At the meeting, Yang warmly welcomed Mr. Chris Roft, mayor of Fraser Coast City and introduced LNU’s relevant information. Yang hoped to use the friend city platform to promote cooperation of the two cities.

Ms. Jailene Edems, University of Sunshine Coast’s Executive Director, pointed out that there were similarities in the amount of teachers and students and majors of two colleges. She also expressed their sincerity for cooperation.

Mr. Chris Roft thanked for LNU’s warm hospitality and expressed that they would like to promote bilateral cooperation on tourism, economy and trade, higher education and so on.

Later, the delegation visited LNU’s history museum and further knew about LNU. Both sides looked forward to implementing cooperative relations as soon as possible.
